1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Radiant Amino are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. Products are not dietary supplements, drugs, cosmetics, or food, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution and that materials will be handled only by trained professionals in an appropriate research setting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use violates these terms.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Discounts (including payment-method discounts and coupon codes) are computed at checkout and cannot be combined except as shown. Manual payment orders (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cryptocurrency) are held until payment is received and are cancelled if payment does not arrive. Bank (ACH) payments ship after the transfer clears. Cryptocurrency payments are final once broadcast; always verify the address and network before sending.

5. Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day; otherwise the next business day. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We currently ship within the United States only. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Returns & money-back guarantee

Unopened, untampered products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Additionally, if independent testing by a qualified third-party laboratory produces verified results showing a product is out of specification, we will refund the full purchase price. Opened or tampered materials cannot be returned. See the FAQ for details.

7. Product information

Certificates of Analysis and specifications describe the tested batch and are provided for research reference. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Amino's total liability arising out of any order or use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from use of products contrary to these terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Amino from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, including any use of products other than lawful in-vitro research.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms at any time; the version posted here applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
